3. Scuderia Ferrari
Ferrari is definitely one of the most well-known F1 team of all time. It has participated in all seasons since the first ever, and has been the only team to have done that. Working with Ferrari will give a feeling of pride, knowing that the team has achieved multiple records, such as:

- Most wins (season): 15

2. BRAWN GP
This is a brand new entrant in the 2009 season. Having to buy the team, Brawn GP was named after Ross Brawn, ex technical director of Honda Racing, following their decision to withdraw from F1. They are, though, considered as an entirely new team, and it's quite shocking to see their results: 4 wins in 5 races (as of the Spanish Grand Prix), is such an extraordinary figure to be seen labeled on a new team. Yet, it is not that surprising as the drivers are Jenson Button and Rubens Barichello, 2 veteran drivers who were ex-team mates during the Honda era. Jenson won all 4 of the Brawn victories, with Rubens finishing, at worst, 5th place. Mr Button achieved 3rd place for the only race he did not win this season. So, working for them would be a dream, to be in a team that has made the 'big boys' drool in shock and awe.
